Work included design, specification preparation, tendering and observations of work in progress for rehabilitation of asphalt parking lots and driveways including; removal and replacement of existing asphalt, paver surfaces at garage doors (along the front side of the garages) sub-base and granular base course at all locations. Removal of existing concrete curbs at all locations and replace with new concrete and Excavation to expose, investigate, and repair defective sanitation or storm sewer pipes.
