Building Envelope, Pre-Purchase Inspection, and Roofing Services

Wade Engineering, a leading building envelope consultant, provides many different building maintenance and building envelope restoration services in Edmonton and its neighborhoods. These services can be purchased individually or bundled according to your building’s unique requirements. Your project starts with a call or email to Wade Engineering. One of our knowledgeable building envelope consultants will discuss your building needs with you to determine what kind of service proposal you require. 
All proposals start with a review. Components to review may include:
·        Roofing (includes Eavestrough, Fascia, Soffits and Downspouts)
·         Attics
·         Crawlspaces
·         Balconies
·         Pedways
·         Exterior Wall Systems
·         Windows and Doors
·        Asphalt, Concrete and Landscaping (as relates to water entry, building envelope or structural concerns)
This building envelope review includes a detailed report complete with photographs and opinions of costs, to give property managers/owners an expert opinion and budget estimate for the repair or maintenance of the building. 
Some projects require specification and tendering. If this second step is requested or required, Wade Engineering will provide a scope of work (specification) based on our review, invites carefully selected reputable contractors to bid on the job, and provides a recommendation to the client based on the most cost effective bid. 
When the client chooses a contractor to complete the work specified, Wade Engineering can provide observations/inspections of the work in progress to ensure the work is being completed in accordance with the specification.   A summary of what is happening on the job site along with any directions provided to the contractor is emailed to the client after each inspection.

Reserve Fund Studies
