Roof Area Management Plan (RAMP)

 

Annual walkovers of roofs can promptly identify roof replacement or maintenance requirements that can substantially reduce overall roof repair costs and extend the functional life of roof systems.

When preparing roof area management programs, the following services are provided: 
  • Complete annual walkovers to identify roof replacement or maintenance requirements. 
  • Prepare one page summary report listing deficiencies noted and opinion of costs for following five years. 
  • Prepare scopes of work for repairs. 
  • Identify locations of deficiencies on AutoCAD roof plans.
  • Distribute scopes of work to roofing contractors familiar with maintenance procedures.
  • Completion of Roof Condition Reports prior to implementation of roof area management programs is recommended.
